Refund Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Damaged, defective, or not as described

If your item arrives damaged, defective, is the wrong item, or doesn't match the listing, contact us within 30 days of deliveryand you'll receive a full refund or replacement.

In most cases you keep the item — no return needed.Because our warehouse is abroad, returning small items internationally costs more than the item itself, so for damaged or incorrect goods we refund (or replace) without requiring you to ship anything back. We'll just ask for a photo of the issue.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel for a full refund:

  • Consumers in Morocco: a 7-day withdrawal right under Law 31-08.
  • Consumers in the EU/UK: a 14-day withdrawal right (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

To cancel, email us within the applicable period with your order number. We'll refund the full purchase priceto your original payment method without penalty — within 14 days for EU/UK consumers. For most small items you keep the product and no return is needed; if we ask for a return, we'll provide instructions and, where the applicable law requires, cover the return cost.

Not delivered

Delivery is 7-21 business days internationally. If your item hasn't arrived beyond that window and tracking shows no delivery, contact us and we'll chase the carrier, resend, or refund — your choice.

How long refunds take

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method. It may take a few additional days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@velorastore.site with your order number, a short description, and a photo if the item is damaged or wrong. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Governing law

This policy is governed by Moroccan consumer law (Law 31-08) for sales to consumers in Morocco, and by the applicable consumer-protection law of your country of residence for sales elsewhere. Nothing here limits mandatory rights you have under local law.
